How we safeguard information, and the choices and rights you have over it.

Preview policy. Enishio has no accounts, backend, or payments yet, so nothing here is collecting your data today. These policies describe our commitments and will be finalized with legal counsel before public launch. This is not legal advice.
Who operates Enishio
Enishio is a product of SHAOULA LLC. SHAOULA LLC is the operator of this service and the entity responsible for the practices described in this policy.
SHAOULA LLC, 1209 Mountain Rd PL NE, STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.
Your rights over your data
US state privacy laws give consumers a common set of rights. As accounts and stored data come online, we're building the tools to honor them. You'll be able to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that's inaccurate.
- Delete your information.
- Take a portable copy of your data with you.
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising and profiling.
We don't sell your data
Enishio does not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we'll tell you first and provide a clear "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Several states require us to honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out. When we process personal data, we'll recognize GPC and confirm it in the interface for users in states where it applies.
Data minimization and retention
We aim to collect the minimum information needed for a given purpose and to keep it only as long as that purpose requires. Before we store personal data, we'll maintain a written retention schedule and delete information once it's no longer needed.
Deleting your account and data
When accounts exist, you'll be able to delete your account and associated data from inside the app, and also through a web-based deletion link that works without reinstalling. Deletion removes your personal information except where we're legally required to keep specific records.
How we protect your data
As we begin handling personal data, we'll maintain a written information-security program: encryption of data in transit, access controls, and regular review. Any information belonging to minors gets the strongest protections we apply.
Extra protections for minors
For users who are minors, we're designing high-privacy defaults, avoiding manipulative "dark pattern" designs, and not harvesting precise location or unnecessary data. These protections are built in by default rather than left for you to switch on.
California residents
California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the rights above and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Because we don't yet collect personal information, there's nothing to request today — but these mechanisms ship alongside accounts.
